摘  要:全断面岩石掘进机刀盘对整机作业性能有重要影响。根据弹性力学理论,给出刀盘弯曲的弹性曲面微分方程,研究刀盘与其大轴承间夹支、简支联结关系及相应边界条件。据此,导出了刀盘弹性曲面微分方程的解;分析并研究刀盘横向弹性位移取极小值的条件及在此条件下刀盘作业刚度与刀盘半径及其支撑半径间的关系,给出在刀盘其它条件都相同情况下,获得刀盘较高作业刚度的刀盘半径与其大轴承支撑半径间的定量表达式;借助有限元分析软件,对所给表达式进行验证。研究结论可为全断面岩石掘进机刀盘的深入研究提供理论借鉴,为全断面岩石掘进机刀盘设计理论的建立提供依据。Rigidity analysis of cutter disk support of a full face tunnel borer.The cutterhead has an important effect on performance of the entire borer.According to elastic mechanics we gave differential equations for the disk's elastic surface to investigate joint relations around the disk and supports,as well as the boundary conditions,on which we have introduced solutions for the equations,while analyzing and studying conditions for minimum value of disk traverse elasticdisplacement where exist relations of disk dynamic rigidity with its radius,and between the support radii before getting quantitative equations there-for.Study conclusions can provide a theoretical reference for further theoretical design of such disks for full face rock tunnel borers.
