摘　　要：随着虚拟仪器的快速发展,可互换性虚拟仪器(IVI)成为虚拟仪器的发展主流,其可互换性满足了测试系统对独立于硬件的需求。借助第三方工具Nimbus Driver Studio组件实现IVI-COM仪器驱动从初始设计到最后部署的整个开发过程,并提供IVI-COM仪器驱动的应用举例。With the rapid development of virtual instruments,the interchangeable virtual instruments,the interchangeability of which meets the need of machine-independent testing system,become the developing mainstream of the virtual instruments.In this paper,there are entire IVI-COM instrument driver developing process from initial design to final deployment based on third-party tool-Nimbus Driver Studio module,and the example of IVI-COM instrument driver application.
