摘  要:目的:探讨急性血糖波动对心肌细胞内谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-PX)、NO水平及iNOS表达的影响。方法:以间断静脉输注50%葡萄糖注射液48h的方法,建立急性血糖波动和高血糖动物模型。采用比色法检测心肌匀浆中(GSH-PX)、NO的水平;免疫组化的方法检测心肌细胞浆中iNOS表达。结果:急性血糖波动组心肌细胞中GSH-Px水平显著减低,NO水平及iNOS表达均显著升高。结论:急性血糖波动能导致机体的氧化应激水平明显升高,从而损伤心肌。Objective :To investigate that acute blood glucose fluctuation has the effect on the level of glutathione peroxidase (Glutathione peroxidase ,GSH-PX) ,the NO (Nitric oxide ,NO)and the expression of iNOS (Inducible nitric oxide synthase ,iNOS) .Method :The Wistar rats were infused intermittently or consistently with 50% glucose solution .The level of GSH-PX and NO was investigated through colorimetry .The expression of iNOS was investigated through the method of immunohistochemisty .Result :The level of GSH-PX in the myocardium of acute blood glucose fluctuation group was evidently lower than consistently high blood glucose group and the control group .The level of NO in the myocardium and the expression of iNOS in the cytoplasm in myocardial cells of fluctu-ation blood glucose group were evidently increased than that two groups .Conclusion :The level of oxidative stress in-duced by fluctuation blood glucose is evidently higher ,which causes injury myocardial .
