摘  要:目的了解心理健康干预措施对大学1年级本科护生心理健康水平的影响,为其心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法将114名大学1年级护生以班为单位分为对照组和实验组。建立"三位一体"教育网络,实施"六个一干预"模式。结果除躯体化和恐怖因子外,心理健康干预后实验组大学1年级护生SCL-90各因子得分均低于全国大学生常模(P<0.05);对照组SCL-90总分高于全国大学生常模(P<0.05);实验组强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对因子和SCL-90总分低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。干预后实验组护生社交回避SAD总分均下降(P<0.05)。结论 "三位一体"教育网络和"六个一干预"模式对提升大学1年级护生心理健康水平有效,应在大学生中大力提倡并积极推广。Objective To understand the effects of mental health education intervention in first grade undergraduate nursing students,so as to provide theoretical basis for their mental health education.Methods Totally,114 first grade undergraduate nursing students were divided into the control group and the intervention group.The method included establishing "three-in-one" education network system,and implementing " six ones intervention" model.Results After psychological intervention,except for the factors of somatization and terrorist,most factor scores of SCL-90 of first grade nursing students in the intervention were lower than the national norm of college students (P < 0.05).The total score of the control group was higher than that of the national norm (P < 0.05).The intervention group were lower than the control group,in the factor scores of symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,hostility and the total score of SCL-90 (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Scores of social avoidance and total score of SAD in the intervention group were decreased (P < 0.05).Conclusion The "three-in -one" education network system,and implemented " six ones intervention" model have great effect on improving mental health level of first grade nursing students,and are worthy to be used among college students.
