摘　　要：目的构建我国养老机构护理人员安全文化测评指标体系,为机构管理者提供参考和依据。方法运用Dephi法对北京市15名专家进行两轮专家问卷咨询。结果两轮咨询的问卷有效回收率分别为100.00%和86.67%,专家权威系数为0.90;最终形成包括12个维度、43个条目的养老机构安全文化问卷,其CVI、Kappa值和IRA分别为0.98、0.98、0.83。结论养老机构护理人员安全文化测评指标体系可靠性和可操作性较高,可为进行下一步的安全文化测评提供参考和依据。Objective To establish the appraisal index system of nursing staff＇s safety culture in elderly home,so as to provide reference for institution managers.Method Two rounds of Dephi experts consultation was conducted and 15 experts were recruited in this study.Results The effective response rates of two rounds of consultation were 100.00％ and 86.67％.The average coefficient of the expert authorities was 0.90.The final form of safety culture appraisal index system included 43 items and 12 dimensions,CVI was 0.98,Kappa was 0.98,IRA was 0.83.Conclusion The appraisal index system of nursing staff＇s safety culture has high reliability and operability,then can provide reference for the further safety culture appaisal.
