眼部手术与干眼发病的关系

摘　　要：目前干眼的发病率逐年上升,其病因复杂.眼部手术,无论眼前段、眼后段、还是眼睑手术,术后的干眼不适表现逐渐受到眼科医生的关注.干眼症状可明显影响患者的手术满意度,而手术方式、切口的选择、持续时间及围手术期用药是术后干眼发生的影响因素.因此,改善手术方式,关注围手术期用药等是预防手术后干眼的有效措施.The incidence of dry eye is increasing,however,mechanisms of which have not been explained clearly.The dry eye symptoms after the eye surgeries,whether anterior and posterior segment operations or outer eye surgeries,was significantly make patients less satisfied for the surgery and gradually be concerned by ophthalmologists.The choosing of operative procedure and incision,duration time of operation,and perioperative drugs may influence dry eye＇ s incidence after surgeries.Therefore,the improving of the operative procedure and paying attention to the preioperative medicines are the effective measures to provent the postoperative dry eye.
