摘  要:以γ-Al2O3为载体,硝酸镧为助剂,采用沉淀法制备了负载型Ni/γ-Al2O3油脂加氢催化剂。考察了中和反应温度、中和反应时间、搅拌速度和老化时间对催化剂活性的影响,得到催化剂最佳制备条件为:中和反应温度85℃,中和反应时间60 min,搅拌速度300 r/min,老化时间1.5 h。分别采用X射线衍射、物理吸附和激光粒度测定对自制催化剂和两种进口催化剂进行了表征,结果表明自制催化剂的比表面积和粒度分布与进口催化剂接近,孔容、孔径较进口催化剂大得多。采用棕榈油加氢反应对比了3种催化剂的加氢性能,结果显示自制催化剂活性优于进口催化剂。Ni/γ-AI2O3 catalyst for oil hydrogenation was prepared by precipitation method using γ - A12O3 as carrier and lanthanum nitrate as additive. The influences of neutralization reaction temperature, neutralization reaction time, stirring speed and aging time on the activity of catalyst were discussed. The optimal preparation conditions of the catalyst were obtained as follows : neutralization reaction temperature 85 ℃, neutralization reaction time 60 min, stirring speed 300 r/min, aging time 1.5 h. The self - made catalyst and two kinds of imported catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD and laser particle size ana- lyzer. The results showed that the specific surface area and particle size distribution of the self - made catalyst were close to the imported catalysts, but the pore volume and pore size of the self- made catalyst were larger than that of the imported catalysts. The activities of the three kinds of catalysts on hydrogena- tion reaction of palm oil were compared, and the self- made catalyst was superior to the imported cata- lysts.
