摘　　要：Sonoclot凝血及血小板功能分析仪（Sonoclotcoagulation＆plateletfunctionanalyzer。SCA，SIENC0，Inc，USA）由VonKaulla等于1975年发明，主要用于对凝血和血小板功能进行体外检测。目前，该仪器在心血管外科、肝移植手术和其他出血量大的手术中，以及儿科、重症监护及止血研究等领域中的应用越来越多，已逐渐成为一种重要、准确、快捷的临床止血检验工具。Summary Sonoclot analysis is used to investigate in vitro coagulation {unction and platelet function. It has been widely used in cardiovascular surgery, liver transplantation, and other operations with high risk of excessive bleeding. It is also useful for pediatrics,intensive care, studies on haemostasis, and so on. Now it is an important, accurate and fast tool for clinicians in thrombosis and haemostasis. Sonoclot analysis could be used in clinic to mo- nitor coagulation function and platelet function, assist in the diagnosis of hemorrhagic tendency, and guide the clinic treatment. However,just like other laboratory examinations,the diagnosis and treatment should not only be based on the test results of Sonoclot analysis, the other tests＇ results and the other conditions of the patient should be also considered.
