摘　　要：培养电子商务服务外包人才是加快我国电子商务服务外包业发展的迫切需要。文中从目前我国电子商务服务外包人才培养的现状与问题出发,根据电子商务服务外包业发展的实际需要,分析了不同业务人才的需求特点,提出了加快我国电子商务服务外包人才培养的对策建议。E-commerce service outsourcing talent training is to accelerate the development of China＇s e -commerce services outsourcing industry＇s urgent needs.The text of the current situation and problems of the current e -commerce outsourcing talent training starting,according to the actual needs of the development of e -commerce services outsourcing industry and analyzes the characteristics of the different needs of business professionals,made suggestions to speed up our e-commerce service outsourcing talent training.
