摘 要:体育校本教研是以学校为研究基地,以体育教师为研究主体,以体育教学实践中的真实问题为研究对象,将研究成果运用于教学实践,以改进教学、提高教育教学质量为目的的研究活动。具有实践性、全员性、自主性、差异性、应用性等特点是连接体育校本管理、校本培训和校本课程的纽带,能够改善现有体育教学研究机制,有利于解决体育新课改中遇到的具体问题。体育教师个人的自我反思、教师集体的同伴互助和校外专家的专业引领是构成体育校本教研的基本要素。Under journals are facing the social transformation circumstances, traditional publishing and editing ideas of sports academic a big challenge by the survival problems of academic journals and new trends of academic researches. As the souls of sports academic journals, editors should be politically sensitive, professional, literate and well-educated, and have proficient editing skills as well as some degree of academic attainments. They need to be acquainted with the knowledge of relevant subjects in distinctive or key columns and have deep insights, good communication skills, organizing and coordinating abilities. These characteristics of editors will help to promote academic journals' quality and their overall competitiveness.
