摘　　要：现代化医院欲保持可持续快速发展的势头需创新后勤管理模式,广东省中医院沿着"首要是观念创新、主体是战略创新、关键是制度创新、要领是系统创新"的思路,从后勤管理者的综合素质和能力水平;推出后勤社会化;外包服务与医院文化的紧密融合;物业监管与量化考核的标准化、精细化;网络订餐、送餐临床等一系列人性化服务措施;后勤应急意识和突发事件处理能力等方面在后勤管理进行了创新,取得了较好的成绩和效果。To maintain sustainable rapid development, logistics management patterns in modern Chinese medicine hospital need to be innovated. With the idea of giving priority to the concept of innovation as well as the main point of strategy innovation and key point of institutional innovation and the essentials of system innovation, Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine innovates logistic management which can described as improving logistic manager＆#39;s quality and capacity, outsourcing, refined standardized logistic performance assessment, human centered service and emergency event handling and has got good effectiveness.
