武汉城市圈高校体育资源联盟构建研究  

On the Sports Resource Co-Sharing Union in Universities and Colleges in Circle of Wuhan Cities

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对武汉城市圈高校体育资源进行界定和现状探讨,提出构建武汉市城市圈体育资源联盟的框架与职能划分。研究表明,武汉城市圈体育资源联盟是高校体育资源"集散"器与"配置"器;构建该联盟需要跨越观念转变、行政壁垒、利益解构与重组、技术保障等多道现实障碍。本文同时还提出建设高等学校体育的建议:体育资源管理者深刻转变体育资源利用的理念和思维模式;增强体育资源联盟高校协同工作的效能;构建和实行科学、完善的资源共享制度;构建基于"云"技术的体育资源网络共享系统等。Mainly by literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper defined the sports resource of higher education universities in circle of Wuhan cities, discussed the current situation, presented the frame- work to construct the sports resource co-sharing union in circle of Wuhan cities, and set off functions. The result showed that the sports resource co-sharing union in circle of Wuhan cities was the distributing-actuator and alloca- tive-actuator of the sports resource in higher education universities; building the union needed to cross barriers of no- tion transformation, administrative Barriers, benefit deconstruction and reconstruction, technical support and so on. Meanwhile, the paper made suggestions to construct college physical education： managers of sports resource pro- work in the sports resource co-sharing union; structured and implemented scientific and perfect resource co-sharing institution; built cloud-based sports resource network co-sharing system.
