摘 要:在常温静水条件下,研究了七水硫酸锌、高锰酸钾、五水硫酸铜和重铬酸钾对脊尾白虾的急性毒性,并确定了各自对脊尾白虾的半致死浓度和安全浓度。结果表明,七水硫酸锌、高锰酸钾、五水硫酸铜和重铬酸钾对脊尾白虾的96 h LC50依次为81.68、71.81、51.72和39.06 mg/L,安全浓度依次为8.17、7.18、5.17和3.91 mg/L。4种化学品对脊尾白虾的毒性由强到弱依次为重铬酸钾>五水硫酸铜>高锰酸钾>七水硫酸锌。研究表明,脊尾白虾的死亡率与4种化学品浓度之间存在明显的剂量效应关系,4种化学品对脊尾白虾都有较强的毒性。The toxicities of four kinds of chemicals(zinc sulfate heptahydrate, potassium permanganate, copper sulfate pentahydrate and potassium bichromate) to Palaemon carincauda were conducted by the method of static exposure at room temperature. The median lethal concentration of each chemical at different time was estimated based on probit method and the corresponding safe concentration was calculated. The results showed that the median lethal concentra- tions of zinc sulfate heptahydrate, potassium permanganate, copper sulfate pentahydrate and potassium bichromate in 96 h were 81.68, 71.81, 51.72 and 39.06 mg/L, respectively. The corresponding safe concentrations of them were 8.17, 7.18, 5.17 and 3.91 mg/L, respectively. The toxicity of the four chemicals to Palaemon carincauda was zinc sulfate heptahydrate 〉 potassium permanganate 〉 copper sulfate pentahydrate 〉 potassium bichromate. It was shown that there was a clear dose - response relationship between the mortality rate of Palaemon carincauda and the concen- trations of the chemicals.
