摘　　要：从经济社会学新制度主义的角度来看,高校行政化是因组织同形、强制同形、文化—认知同形、规范同形、利益驱动等原因而生成的,高校"去行政化"改革有必要协调高校内外部环境中各相关利益主体的利益,通过建立学术化组织场域、实施教育家办学、重塑大学精神、建立健全大学章程,对高校进行制度上的救赎,以达到标本兼治的效果。From the economic sociology view of the new institutionalism, the reasons of university ＂admini- stration＂ include organizational isomorphism, coercive isomorphism, cultural -cognition isomorphism, normative isomorphism and interests. How to reform of the university ＂get rid of the administration＂？ It is necessary to coordinate all the main stakeholders interests of the internal and external environment ,through establishing of academic organization field, implementing of educators to run school, rebuilding university spirit, establishing and improving the university statutes construction, carrying on the system of redemption for universities, in order to achieve the effect of tackling the problem.
