摘　　要：表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG),是绿茶中的一种多酚类化合物,具有抗癌的功效。由于EGCG的安全性、廉价性、高效性等众多优点,使其受到广泛关注。本文综述了EGCG及其衍生物的抗肿瘤活性和作用机制。The epigallocatechin-3-gallate （EGCG）, a polyphenolic compound from green tea, which have antitumour effect. Be- cause of many advantages such as cheap, safety and bioavailability, EGCG attracted widespread attention. This article reviews the ac- tivity and mechanism of action of EGCG and its derivatives treating human malignancies. In this paper, EGCG and its derivatives anti- tumor activity and mechanism were summarized.
