摘　　要：目的 :观察涎腺恶性淋巴上皮病中 bcl- 2蛋白和 EB病毒潜在膜蛋白 (L MP- 1)表达与恶性淋巴上皮病的关系。方法 :用免疫组化 Envison法检测 10例恶性淋巴上皮病中 bcl- 2蛋白和 L MP- 1的表达。结果 :L MP- 1阳性表达率为 80 % (8/10 ) ,bcl- 2蛋白的阳性表达率为 70 % (7/10 ) ,两种指标的表达率在恶性淋巴上皮病中无明显差别。结论 :EB病毒感染和 bcl- 2蛋白阳性表达与恶性淋巴上皮病有关 。?Objective:To study the relationship between malignant lymphoepithelial lesion (MLEL) and bcl 2 protein and latent membrane protein 1(LMP 1) of Esptein Barr virus (EBV) expression.Method:Tissues from 10 cases of malignant lymphoepithelial lesion were examined for the expression of LMP 1 and bcl 2 protein with immunohistochemical technique.Result:Expression of LMP 1 and bcl 2 protein was found in 8 and 7 out of the 10 cases respectively.Conclusion:Both the EBV infection and the expression of bcl 2 protein may play a role in the pathogenesis of MLEL.
