摘　　要：目的 :研究评价 GI- 型牙用玻璃渗透氧化铝陶瓷材料的生物安全性。方法 :利用仓鼠、NIH纯系小鼠、豚鼠等实验动物对材料进行急性毒性、细胞毒性、致敏性、口腔粘膜刺激性、溶血、微核等试验研究。结果 :材料的溶血率低于 5 %,有良好的血液相容性 ;无明显的细胞毒性作用 ;未见任何急性毒性反应 ;对口腔粘膜无刺激性 ;无致敏性 :微核试验未见潜在致突变性。结论 :GI-砄bjective:To evaluate the biological safety of GⅠ Ⅱ dental glass infiltrated alumina ceramics.Methods:Biocompatability of GI Ⅱ dental glass infiltrated aluminum was studied with acute toxicity test,cytotoxity test,sensitization test,oral mucous membrane irritation test,haemolysis test and micronucleus test.Results:Haemolysis rate of the material was less than 5%.No cytotoxity effect was observed with in vitro tests and no toxicity effect was observed with in vivo tests.No local mucous membrane irritation reaction was found after respecting tests.No potential mutagenicity was observed.Conclusion:GⅠ Ⅱ dental glass infiltrated aluminum ceramics is biocompatable for dental clinical application.
