摘　　要：《伤寒论》第29条是因中风兼津虚内热证误用辛温发汗,导致变证迭出。治疗当以保胃存津为原则,或用温中生津法,或用益阴通络法,或用和胃泄热法,或用温阳固脱法,视其方证,应用甘草干姜汤、芍药甘草汤、调胃承气汤、四逆汤随证治之。The 29th article of Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases points out that if interior-heat syndrome due to stroke and fluid deficiency is wrongly treated by sweating with pungent and warm drugs,a lot of changed syndromes will occur.In fact ,such syndromes should follow the principle of protecting stomach and storing fluid ,and be treated by warming middle energizer and produeing fluid,or by tonifying yin and activating meridians,or by regulating stomach and purging fire,or by warming yang and strengthening collapse .In word,they should be treated on the basis of differentiation of syndromes.
