摘　　要：目的 :对超声监控高强度聚焦超声治疗乳腺癌的准确性及疗效判断声像图进行评价。方法 :海扶超声聚焦刀治疗乳腺癌 37例 ,治疗中应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行实时定位、监控及疗效观察。结果 :通过 37例治疗表明 ,超声引导焦点定位准确可靠 ,未损伤周围结构。回声增强是治疗有效的判断指标。结论 :超声仪能准确引导超声聚焦刀治疗乳腺癌的定位、实时监控治疗及客观评价治疗效果。Objective:To evaluate ultrasonogram surveillance of high intensity focused ultrasound in treatment of breast carcinoma Methods:Thirty seven patients with breast carcinoma were treated by HIFU with focused ultrasound knife,CDFI directed focal fields,surveyed treatment and evaluatd efficiency of HIFU Results:Thirty seven cases were observed after HIFU treatment It was confirmed that CDFI directing focal fields was accurate without lung injury Intensification of echo was strengthened to the standard by which we evaluated the efficiency of HIFU treatment Conclusions:Ultrasonography exactly directed focal fields,and CDFI real time surveillance is reliable and effective for evaluation of HIFU treatment for breast carcinoma.
