摘 要:重型装备产品是典型的定制性产品,其产品开发能力是企业的核心竞争力,产品开发流程是保证产品成功的关键。在分析产品开发流程和流程建模工具研究现状的基础上,对某重型装备企业产品开发的流程进行了详细调研。利用ARIS建模方法,依据重型装备产品开发的七个阶段,建立了其产品开发流程模型。分析了其开发流程的特点及存在的问题,并且引入协同设计、目标成本、PLM等管理思想和技术,改进和优化了产品开发流程。最后给出应用实例验证了产品开发流程优化的效果。Since heavy equipment products are typical of customized products, development of products is core of competitive power in enterprises and development process is key to ensure product success. Based on analysis to current situation of product development processes and process modeling tools,the product development processes were carried out a detailed investigation in the heavy equipment manufacturing enterprise. According to the seven stages of heavy equipment product development, using ARIS method, product development process models were established. After analyzing the characteristics and the existing problems of the design process, introducing collaborative design, target cost and PLM technology, the product development processes were improved. Finally the example is given to verify the effect of process optimization.
