社会性嵌入：从企业生产要素看社会企业模式的产生

摘　　要：尽管用市场的手段解决社会问题是社会企业的特点,但社会企业和工商企业一样仍然具备土地、资本、劳动力和企业家才能四种生产要素,只是这四种要素的使用和商业企业又有不同。在社会企业中,各个生产要素都同社会性因素发生关联,通过嵌入机制社会性因素与各个生产要素连在一起。而企业家才能是四个要素中最具有使能作用的要素,它能够使管理者具有社会企业家精神并在配置各生产要素时将社会因素作为一种创新性方法运用到生产过程中。正是通过传统生产要素的变革,最终引起了企业性质的改变,形成了投资型社会企业、就业型社会企业和地区资源中心型社会企业三种不同类型的社会企业运作模式。因此,社会企业是一种组织创新。Although the use of market means to solve social problems is the characteristics of socialenterprises,but the social enterprises and industrial and commercial enterprises still have to land,capital,labour and entrepreneurship four elements,only these four elements and the use of commercialenterprises.In the society,various production factors are associated with social factors,by embeddingmechanism of social factors and various production elements connected together.The entrepreneur is themost factor plays a role in the four elements,it can make the manager has the social entrepreneurshipand in the allocation of production factors to social factors as an innovative method to use in theproduction.It is through the traditional factors of production changes,resulting in a change in the natureof the enterprise,forming the employment investment social enterprise,social enterprises and regionalresource center social enterprise.Therefore,social enterprise is a kind of organization innovation.
