摘　　要：OncoVexGM-CSF是一种通过基因工程构建的新型溶瘤病毒,能够选择性地在恶性肿瘤细胞中复制而不伤及其他正常细胞,其通过基因的缺失突变、插入免疫调控因子而实现肿瘤靶向治疗作用,具有复制速度快、免疫原性强、毒副作用少等优点。本文对溶瘤病毒OncoVexGM-CSF在恶性肿瘤中的应用及研究进展进行综述。OncoVexGM-CSF,a new type of oncolytic virus constructed through genetic engineering,can replicate in tumor cells without harming normal cells and achieve targeted cancer therapy through the gene deletion mutants and insertion of immunoregulation molecule.In additionOncoVexGM-CSF replicates rapidly with a high immunogenicity and few side effects.This paper reviews the application of OncoVexGM-CSF in cancer therapy and progress in its research.
