摘　　要：教学质量是高校核心竞争力所在,构建完善的教学质量保障体系是高校生存和发展的必然要求。通过论述高等学校教学质量保障体系的内涵和基本内容,从教学质量保障的指挥系统、信息收集系统、评价与诊断系统、信息反馈系统和支持系统等五大方面提出构建地方综合性大学医学教育教学质量保障体系的新途径。Teaching quality is the core competitiveness of colleges and universities,constructing a perfect teaching quality assur ance system is inevitable for colleges and universities to exist and develop. New ways to construct teaching quality assurance system of medical education in local comprehensive universities have been suggested by discussing the connotation and basic contents of colleges and universities, including five aspects to guarantee teaching quality： the commanding system, information gathering system, evaluation and diagnosis system, information feedback system, and supporting system.
