摘　　要：2013年,我国稻谷播种面积继续增长,但产量略有下降,净进口量略有减少,消费量小幅上升,供需平衡仍然有余;在政策与供求等因素的共同作用下,全年稻米价格总体上呈现出先落后涨的走势,比上年略有提高,"政策市"特征比较明显。展望2014年国内稻米市场,由于上年稻谷产量继续维持高位,预计2014年稻谷进口量也将增长,而消费量上涨有限,供给压力加大,但在稻谷最低收购价上调的作用下,稻米市场价格仍有上升动力,价格涨跌空间都有限,总体上呈稳中略升态势。In 2013, rice planting areas continues to grow in our country, but production and net imported declined slightly, consumption rose slightly, supply and demand balance and remain. As a joint result of policy and supply and demand, year-round rice price emerged after the former low-high trend as a whole and up slightly this year over last, the characteristic of policy market became evident. Look to the rice markets in 2014, on account of production remain high in 2013, the import will increase in 2014, but the consumption upside is limited, so the supply pressure is big, the price of rice will upward under the condition of increasing minimum purchasing prices, the space of price rise and fall is limited and may also be a steadily rising trend as a whole.
