摘 要:目的 观察LB Ⅰ对Ⅱ°皮肤放射损伤的治疗效果。方法 采用小型猪作为实验动物 ,复制Ⅱ°皮肤放射损伤实验模型 ,随机分为治疗组、龙胆紫组和空白对照组 ,观察LB Ⅰ对损伤的治疗效果和组织学改变。并将 1996年 1月~ 1998年 6月 60例发生Ⅱ°皮肤放射损伤的病人 ,随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,观察LB Ⅰ对损伤的治疗效果。结果 动物实验与临床研究结果均表明LB Ⅰ可以使皮肤创面平均愈合时间和平均愈合速度明显加快 ,总有效率明显提高 ,统计学处理有显著差异P <0 .0 1,而且临床症状迅速改变。结论 LB Ⅰ对皮肤放射损伤有显著的治疗效果 ,建议临床推广使用。Objective To study the effect of LB on the treatment of radiation injury of skin.Methods The swiss pigs were irradiated to establish the animal model of radiative injury of skin,and then were randomized into three groups:treatment group,Long dan zi group and control group.60 carcinomous patients with radiation injury of skin were ranomized into treatment group(receiving LB treatment) and control group.Results The results showed that treatment group of the effective rate were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01).Pain and swell were alleviated remarkably.Conclusions LB is a very effective drug for treating radiative injury of skin. [
