肺癌组织中细胞凋亡的初步观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨肺癌组织中细胞凋亡的状况。方法　对 3 8例肺癌组织及 2 1例肺良性疾病组织 ,应用TUNEL技术对细胞凋亡情况进行了检测 ,并对阳性细胞进行计数 ,对凋亡指数予以定义。结果　肺癌组织中的凋亡指数 (3 .73 %± 2 .42 % )高于肺良性病组织 (0 .77%± 0 .5 0 % ) (P <0 .0 1) ;Ⅰ～Ⅱ期肺鳞癌的凋亡指数 (1.9%± 0 .96% )明显低于Ⅲ期肺鳞癌的凋亡指数 (5 .2 8%± 1.89% ) (P <0 .0 1) ;而在肺腺癌中各期之凋亡指数无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　细胞凋亡可能在肺癌的发生发展中发挥一定的发作用 ,对肺癌的诊断、判断预后有重要的参考价值。Objective To explore the apoptosis in the lung cancer.Methods In 38 lung cancer cases and 21 benign respiratory diseese cases,TUNEL(TdT dUTP nick and labelling)technique was applied to detect the apoptosis, and apoptotic index(AI) was defined.Results The AI of lung cancer(3.73%±2.42%) was higher than that of the lung benign cases(0.77%±0.50%)(P<0.01).The AI of Ⅰ～Ⅱ stages with squamous cell lung cancer (1.9%±0.96%) was lower than that of Ⅲ stage(5.28%±1.89%) respectively (P<0.01).The AI had no significant difference among the stages of lung adenocarcinoma in the other hand.Conclusions The apoptosis may play an important role in the diagnosis and prognosis of the lung canaer.
