摘 要:目的 :研究紫外光 (ultravioletUV)诱导的晶状体上皮细胞 (lensepithelialcellLEC)凋亡特征。方法 :10 0mw/m2 紫外光照射Vistar大鼠双眼 15min ,照射后 1,6 ,2 4h剥取晶状体囊膜。DNA缺口末端原位标记法定量检测凋亡的晶状体上皮细胞并通过透射电镜观察其形态学改变。结果 :DNA缺口末端原位标记法检测仅在照射后 2 4h组发生凋亡特染细胞 ,其百分比为 14.3%。透射电镜下可见染色质边集浓缩现象。结论Objective:To investigate the apoptosis of lens epithelial cell induced by ultraviolet.Methods:Vistar rats received 100mw/m2 ultraviolet irradition(UVR)(λ 280nm-315nm) for 15 minutes.At h1,6,24 after irradition the lens capsules were dissected and the percentage of apoptotic cells were evaluted by the TdT-dUTP terminal nick-end labeling(TUNEL) technique.The morphological changes were observed by transmission electron microscope.Results:TUNEL-positive nuclei were found at only 24 hours after UVR exposure and the percentage is 14.3%.Cell chromatin condensation was observed by transmission electron microscope.Conclusions:Our results showed that UVR can induce the rapid apoptotic death of the lens epithelial cells.
