茵陈蒿防癌和防微核突变的相关研究

摘　　要：为研究中药茵陈蒿的防癌和防微核突变作用 ,观察茵陈蒿水煎剂对亚硝酸钠和 N-甲基苄胺诱发的SD大鼠、食道增生性病变和骨髓微核突变的预防作用 ,结果显示长期接触亚硝酸钠和 N-甲基苄胺可诱发大鼠胃窦、食道上皮的增生性病变和骨髓细胞微核率增高 ,饮用茵陈蒿水煎剂各组则表现了不同程度的防癌变和防微核突变作用 ,在癌变和微核突变间存在着某种相关性 ,提示茵陈蒿具有防癌和防微核突变作用。To study herba artemisiae scopariae(HAS) on the prevention of cancer and micronu-cleus mutation,the prevention effects of the HAS decoction for the hyperlastic changes of the esophagus and the micronucleus mutation of marrow in the SD rats caused by sodium nitrite and N-methylbenzylamine were observed.The results indicated that a long-term contact to the sodium nitrite and N-methylbenzylamine could induce the increased hyperlastic changes of the gastric antrum and the esophagus,and micronucleus of marrow cells in rats.However,it showed some certain prevention effect on carcinomatous changes and micronucleus mutation after taking the decoction.There was a correlation between carcinomatous changes and micronucleus mutation.It proves that HAS has the effect of preventing cancer and micronucleus mutation.
