摘　　要：It has been proved that diphosphonate can be used in the treatment of skeletal related event(SRE)induced by bone metastasis of breast cancer and the prevention of SRE induced by bone metastasis of breast cancer.Therefore,for the patients with breast cancer and confirmed bone metastasis,diphosphonate could be used as basic treatment regimen.
