企业创新绩效影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：首先对企业创新影响因素进行了梳理和归纳,从内生因素和外生因素两个角度进行深入探析,并以河北省272个创新型企业数据为样本,运用Lisrel结构方程模型进行关键影响因素识别.结论认为创新资源、创新意愿、企业文化、网络能力、政策法规和产业基础等因素对企业创新绩效影响显著.Firstly, the factors that affect innovation has combed and summarized; secondly, analyzing both intemal and external factors deeply; finally, based on 272 innovative enterprise data, using Structural Equation Model （SEM）, the key factors effecting innovation are identified. The conclusion is that innovation resources, innovation will, corporate culture, networking capabilities, policies and regulations effect innovation performance significantly.
