摘　　要：针对高新技术企业自主创新能力提升影响因素问题,从高新技术企业的特点出发,基于企业内部运营和外部环境协同影响的视角,通过案例企业访谈,结合现有研究成果,应用扎根理论的编码手段,获取构成高新技术企业自主创新能力提升影响因素的概念类属;利用内容效度分析和项目分析,明确各概念类属的测量项目;编制调研问卷,收集样本数据,采用因子分析方法,分析高新技术企业自主创新能力提升影响因素组成,检验了调查量表建构效度与内部一致性信度,研究建立了包括创新方法和技术能力、内外部资源高效利用、政策与服务环境、制造和盈利能力、制度和人才管理的高新技术企业自主创新能力提升影响因素组成模型.Aiming at the problem of influence factors of enhancing independent innovation capability for the High-tech enterprises, based on enterprise interal operation activities and exteral environment collaborative fluence angle of view, proceeding from the characteristics ofhigh-tech enterprises, concept generics constrcucted influence factors of enhancing independent innovation capability for the High-tech enterprises were established through studying on related work, con- bining with business interviews, and applying coding method of grounded theory. Easurement items of the concept generics were put forward by content validity analysis and project analysis. Via using questionnaires to collect sampling data, factors composition of enhancing the independent innovation ability for the High-tech enterprises was analyzed by applying factor analysis mehtod. The construction validity and internal consistency reliability of the questionnaires were inspected. The factors composition model of enhancing the independent innovation ability for the High-tech enterprises was established. It includes innovation method and technology capability, policy and service environment, efficient use of internal and external resources, system and talent management, manufacture and profitability.
