The Argumentation for the Enterprise Emergency Management

摘　　要：社会突发事件频发,应急任务繁重,企业应急管理水平普遍滞后,需要大力加强。要区分一般应急与企业应急的异同,既要把握一般应急的分类、分级、分段和分主体、分要素,还要进一步研究企业主体应急的种类、范畴、动因,发掘、发挥企业应急管理的基础功能和巨大潜能,实现过程应急、内外应急、主动被动应急等的有序,实现与政府、社会应急的协调,实现企业主体应急的规范、科学、高效。Now the enterprise emergency management should be reinforced greatly because of the social frequent emergencies and most heavy lifting about the emergency response.So,to distinguish between the normal social emergency and enterprise emergency,we should grasp not only the category,alert level,stage,subject and key factor about the normal social emergency,but also the variety,category,incentive about the enterprise emergency,so as to achieve the process of emergency management in order,the co-ordination emergency management between the government and society,and the standard,scientific or effective subject about the enterprise emergency management,and the basic function and immense potential of the enterprise emergency management should been explored and developed.
