摘　　要：高校门户网站是高校进行信息发布、对外宣传的重要平台，也是日常教学管理的重要工具。高校网站开发过程不同于商务网站和政府网站，有着高校自身的特殊规律。以高校网站开发过程为例描述了高校网站的规划和需求分析、内容设计和实现过程。并根据高校自身的特点，提出了高校门户网站的风险管理和安全防护机制。The university portal website is an important information releasing and external propaganda platform. It also is an im-portant daily teaching management tool. University network development processes are different to businesses website and gov-ernment websites, it has its own special rules. An example to the university network development processes, it is described that the planning, requirements analysis, content design, implementation process for the university website. According to university own characteristics, the risk management and security mechanisms of universities portal are introduced.
