摘　　要：随着企业间合作的日益增多,如何提高企业间关系质量对于企业的成功至关重要。文章在借鉴近关系理论的基础上,构建了关系质量的评价指标体系,并通过模糊综合评价法,对我国合作企业间关系质量的度量问题进行了实证研究。With the increasing cooperation among enterprises,how to increase relation quality among enterprises becomes very important for success of enterprises.On the base of relative theory,this paper sets up an index system to evaluate the quality of enterprises' relation and,by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,makes an empirical analysis on measurement of the relation quality.
