摘 要:为了研究外引杂交种对本地自交系HL5715和HL5416形态性状的改良效果,以自选Reid类群玉米自交系HL5175和HL5416与4个外引杂交种杂交,经过选择淘汰后,选择其中6个优良杂交组合(P522、P524、P539、P581、P582、P583)为材料,测试分析6个组合F2群体11个形态性状的分离情况,并与2个亲本自交系及自交系郑58和PH6WC进行了比较。结果表明:6个组合的F。群体在叶夹角、叶向值、雄穗分枝数等形态性状方面与亲本自交系相比均表现出较大分离,变异系数为7.18%~32.47%,出现较多优于亲本自交系的单株。综合各形态性状表现以及与亲本自交系的比对结果,认为P524、P539、P583组合综合表现更为突出,可以在多个性状上对亲本自交系进行改良,是从中选育具有优良形态性状自交系的重点基础群体。In order to study the improving effect of morphological traits in local inbred lines of maize by the introduced hybrids, the inbred lines HL5175 and HL5416 were used to cross with four introduced hybrids. Six excellent crosses(P522, P524, P539, P581, P582, P583) were selected and their F2 populations were used to study the segregating characteristics of 11 morphological traits. They were also compared with their parents and other two inbreds,Zheng 58 and PH6WC. The results showed that great differences and broad segregations existed among the six F2 populations for morphological traits like leaf angle, LOV, tassel branch numbers, etc., the variation coefficients being 7.18G -- 32.47~. And many elite plants selected from the six F2 populations were better than their two parental inbreds. Comprehensively considering the performance of all morphological traits and the comparison results with parental inbreds,P524, P539 and P583 could improve the parental inbreds in various traits,so they were considered as the main populations to improve the inbred HL5175 and HL5416,and develop new inbred lines with elite morphological traits in the future.
