摘　　要：河南省高度重视电子信息产业基地建设,电子信息产业发展迅猛,客观上,对技术人才的培养提出了长远规划、又好又快的要求.作为人才培养重要阵地的高等院校,要为全省产业经济发展,为促进中原梦在电子信息产业领域的实现,结合校企合作模式、积极探索纵横联动激励机制,为电子信息产业基地建设的人才培养问题提供解决方案.Henan province attaches great importance to the construction of electronic information industry base, and electronic information industry is developing rapidly. The training of technical personnel is required for the long- term planning and good quality. As the important part of talents cultivation, colleges and universities should apply the cooperation mode of companies and universities, and actively explore the vertical and horizontal linkage mecha- nism, for the development of province＇ s economic industry, and for promoting Zhongyuan Dream in the industries of electronic information. The solutions are provided for training talents construction of electronic information indus- try base.
