摘  要:唐代文人将刘阮遇仙与武陵桃源附会并相互混融,遂产生了天台桃源意象;天台桃源意象开始承袭刘阮遇仙的艳遇特质被用来叙写男女艳情,天台桃源意象就此走上了艳化之路。宋元以后,天台桃源意象被小说戏曲作家广泛用于性描写。天台桃源意象在古代小说戏曲的性描写中起着隐喻、象征的作用,悬置了对性行为的刻画,既突显了男女性爱的美好,也诗化了古代小说戏曲的性描写,突出地代表了中国文学性描写含蓄蕴藉一路的审美特色。天台桃源意象在古代小说戏曲性描写中所体现的美学价值历久弥新,启示今天的文艺工作者仍应把含蓄隽永和富有启发力的性描写作为遵循的基本准则。The Taoyuan of Wuling and the story of Liuchen and Ruanzhao's entering the Tiantai Mountian are mixed in Tang Dynasty , thus the images of Tiantai come into being .The images of Tiantai inherit the adventure of the story of Liu and Ruan , and have been widely used in the sexual description in Chinese ancient novels and operas since the Song Dynasty .The images of Tiantai play the role of metaphor and symbol in the description , which suspends concrete characterization in the sexual description , and not only highlights the happiness of the sex but also poeticizes the sexual description .The images of Tiantai represent the implicit characteristic of the sexual description in Chinese literature , and their aesthetic val-ues are well worth carrying on .
