摘　　要：在深入剖析儒家政治领导力的经典模型的基础上,提出了一个基于儒家文化观的政治领导力新模型。该模型以实用道德与公正道德的新融合为基础,吸收了儒家传统的核心价值精髓,并尝试在全球化的背景中对儒家经典领导力予以分析。这一新模型致力于不懈追求不同文化传统下国与国间的和谐以及和谐发展的功能。同时,该模型证明了当得到适当支持时,道德如何以及为何能成为给世界带来和谐与发展的主要力量。This article suggests a New Confucian Model based on the Classical Model of Political Leadership. An essential transformation in the New Confusion approach is toward more realistic appli- cation and practice in a global world. The new model absorbs the confusion classical core value based on incorporation of ethics of utilities and ethics of justice and righteousness. The global leadership of this New Confucian model lies in its ability to insist and persevere in seeking harmony and harmoniza- tion among traditions and nations in the global world. It shows how and why morality when properly supported can be a global leading power for bringing harmony and harmonization to the world.
