摘　　要：目的探讨肌张力低下型脑瘫患儿血精氨酸及免疫力等因素与其住院期间感染情况的关系。方法选择2009-03—2012-03在我院康复中心住院的100例肌张力低下型脑瘫患儿为研究对象,采用问卷调查法了解临床症状、血生化及血串联质谱检测了解生化指标及精氨酸代谢情况,分析血精氨酸与免疫力的关系,分析血精氨酸与呼吸道感染、消化道感染、皮肤黏膜感染的关系。结果本研究100例肌张力低下型脑瘫患儿中,血精氨酸低,IgA+C3降低,患儿易患呼吸道和消化道感染。结论掌握血精氨酸代谢与免疫力的关系,有助于减少住院期间感染性疾病发生,缩短康复疗程,对改善患儿康复效果具有指导意义。Objective To explore the relationship among blood Arginine metabolism, immune factors, other factors and the in-hospital infection of children with hypotonia cerebral palsy. Methods 100 cases of hypotonia cerebral palsy as research object were selected from March 2009 to March 2012 in the hospital of Zhengzhou Children＇s Hospital Rehabilitation Center, questionnaire was used to understand the clinical symptoms, biochemical indices and amino acid metabolism were obtained from routine blood chemistry testing and blood tandem mass spectrometry, the relationship was analyzed and understood between the blood Arginine metabolism and immunity analysis, upper respiratory tract infection, lower respiratory tract infection, digestive tract infection, skin and mucous membrane infection, and then Statistical analysis was carried on. Results In this study, 100 cases of hypotonia children with cerebral palsy presented low level of blood arginine and IgA＋C3. These children are suscepti- ble to respiratory and digestive tract infectious disease, the time in hospital was prolonged and the effect of rehabilitation treat- ment was affected. Conclusion Understanding and mastery the relationship between Arginine metabolism and immunity helps to reduce hospitalization infection diseases, to shorten the recovery course and plays an important role in improving children＇s rehabilitation efficacy.
