产业技术创新联盟知识转移的因素分析

摘　　要：产业技术创新联盟中知识转移是促进联盟发展的重要动力。对产业技术创新联盟中知识转移各阶段的相关要素进行分析,结果显示:政府政策支持和市场机制是外部引导因素,知识转移输出方的知识创新能力、转移意愿、转移技能是基础因素,知识转移接受方的学习意愿、消化能力、应用效果是能动因素,政府部门、知识输出方、知识接受方和社会中介方的互动是提升知识转移效能的耦合因素。Knowledge transfer in industrial technology innovation alliance is an important driving force to pro- mote the development of the alliance. This paper conducts a systematic analysis of the relevant elements in various stages of the knowledge transfer and it finds ： government policy support and market mechanism are the external ob- jective factors; knowledge innovation capability, transfer willingness and transfer skill of the knowledge transferor are the fundamental factors; learning intention, digestive ability and application effect of the knowledge transfer re- ceiver are the active factors; and the interaction among government departments, knowledge transferor, receiver and social intermediary is the coupling factor in enhancing the effectiveness of the knowledge transfer.
