摘  要:目的探讨术中超声对颅内结构的显示效果及在显微神经外科术中辅助定位脑深部肿瘤的应用价值。方法开颅后,将超声探头置于脑表面探查确定病变的位置、深度及与周围结构的关系,选择最佳手术入路,显微手术切除肿瘤。结果超声辅助下显微手术切除脑深部肿瘤22例,其中胶质瘤13例,海绵状血管瘤5例,脑膜瘤2例,脉络膜乳头状瘤2例。术中超声探查可显示颅内结构并明确区分病灶,精确定位。结论术中超声可显示并精确定位脑深部肿瘤,有助于选择最佳手术入路,避开重要功能区,可辅助显微外科手术,减少脑组织损伤,降低术后并发症。Objective To discuss the visualization of intracranial structure and value of the use of ultrasound in microneu-rosurgical operation.Methods After craniotomy ,the ultrasonic probe was placed in the brain surface to determine the location and depth of the lesions ,and the relationship with surrounding structures ,to choose the best surgical approach and microsur-gery resection of the tumor.Results 22 microsurgery were performed with ultrasonic assistance ,including 13 cases of glio-mas ,5 cases of cavernous hemangioma ,2 cases of meningioma ,2 cases of choroid plexus papilloma. Intraoperative ultrasound can display the structure and a clear distinction between intracranial lesions ,and precise positioning. Conclusion Intraoperative ultrasound can display and precisely position deep brain tumor ,and is helpful to choose the best surgical approach ,avoid the important function area ,can assist microsurgical operation ,and reduce tissue damage and the postoperative complications.
