摘 要:根据HSX6型洗煤机斗式提升机构实际运行工况,对其系统进行受力分析,建立多自由度动力学模型及其数学模型,采用MATLAB/simulink对提升机构进行仿真分析,得出其关键部件链板在一个循环周期内张力变化规律,并与现场测试数值进行对比分析,结果基本一致。基于以上结论,进一步对不同运行速度下链板最大张力进行数值计算,得出链板运行速度与链板最大张力之间的变化规律,为洗煤机斗式提升机构的设计提供理论依据。According to the actual operating conditions of HSX6 type coal washer bucket elevator, and the force analysis of its system is carried out, the multi--degree of freedom dynamics model and mathematical model are established. Meanwhile, the simulation and analysis of the lifting mechanism are carried out by using MATLAB/simulink software, the stretching force change regulation of a key component--the scraping belt in a cycle is got, then it is compared and analyzed with values in field test, and the results are basically the same. Based on the conclusions above, a further calculation of the maximum stretching force of scraping belt in different speed is carried out, the change regulation between scraping belt speed and its maximum stretching force is obtained, and a theoretical basis for design of coal washer bucket elevator is provided.
