摘 要:血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)是由肝脏合成的两种急性时相反应蛋白,其在细菌感染、风湿性疾病、恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病等方面的作用已经被证实并应用于临床。近年来,一些热点研究表明,SAA、CRP作为新型急性炎性反应标志物,参与了粥样斑块形成及发展过程,急性脑梗死出现明显增高,能预期病情严重程度和判定预后,可作为鉴别脑梗死亚型和前后循环梗死的一个敏感指标,该文就SAA、CRP水平与急性脑梗死的相关性进行综述。Serum amyloid protein A ( SAA ) and C-reactive protein ( CRP ), acute-phase reactant, are synthesized and secreted in the liver after an acute inflammatory stimulus, the roles of which in bacterial infections, rheumatic disease, cancer, cadiovascular disease have been demonstrated and applied in clinical. In recent years, several studies have reported that SAA and CRP, as novel inflammatory markers, participate the pathogenesis 'of atherosclerosis. SAA and CRP are obviously increased in patients with ACI,which can be used to predict ischemic stroke severity and prognosis, and can be sensitive indices for differentiation of cere- bral infarction subtypes,and posterior versus anterior circulation infarction. Here is to make a review of the correlation between SAA and CRP level and acute cerebral infarction.
