摘 要:大臂缸、小臂缸、挖斗缸和回转缸的长度变化决定了扒渣机扒渣装置在不同工况下的位置。因此,用Solideworks软件确立其模型,在不同工况对每个油缸的伸缩长度进行分析,建立了液压缸的驱动函数,将其模型导入到Adams中,对其进行运动学分析,得到了扒渣机的扒渣包络轨迹及其主要工作尺寸,同时在扒渣工况下,进行了动力学分析,得到了大臂处于危险情况下各个铰点的受力变化和峰值,为机构的优化设计提供了理论依据。Boom cylinder, ann cylinder, bucket cylinder and rotary cylinder are the key components of the working device of drossing machine, and various working locations of the excavating instalhion depends on the changes in the length of arm cylinder,boom cylinder,rotary cylinder and Bucket cylinder. So based on the three dimensional model of working device of the drossing machine created by solideworks software,calculated the length of the cylinder position in the different working conditions, establishing a drive function of the hydraulic cylinder, we import the model into adams, conducted kinematic analysis for the model, got cinder machine digging envelope orbit and size of the work. In the slag conditions, conduct kinetic analysis ,got the force of each hinge point change and peak to big arm in danger, provide a theoretical basis for the organization optimal design.
