摘 要:为了验证井下巷道快速掘进支护平台防护盾结构设计的合理性,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析其应力。分析防护盾受力情况,设计防护盾结构,基于Solidworks操作平台,建立防护盾的三维模型,使用ANSYS建立有限元模型,对其进行静态结构分析,得出应力图。研究结果表明,防护盾结构设计合理,发现较大应力集中的部位在销轴处,提出改善办法,有助于提高防护盾的安全性。In order to verify the rationality of the underground roadway rapid excavation support platform design for the protection shield, the finite element software ANSYS was applied to analyze the stress. In the paper, the forces of protection shield was analyzed, protection shield structure was designed. Based on the Solidworks operation platform, a 3D physical model of the protection shield was established. The finite element model established with the ANSYS software was applied to analyze the stress. The study results showed that protection shield structure was rationality, the max stress of the protection shield was occurred at the part of the pin, some measures were have been proposed to improve the security of the protection shield.
