有氧运动处方对12-15岁肥胖学童血浆Ghrelin水平的影响

摘　　要：通过观察16周单纯有氧训练减肥运动处方对肥胖身体成分及血浆Ghrelin的影响,探讨运动减肥的可能机制.把体重指数≥25kg/m2的12-15岁学童分为运动组(23人)和对照组(20人),其中运动组以单纯有氧训练减肥运动处方训练16周.训练前后两组分别测体重(W)、体重指数(BMI)、体脂含量(FM)、体脂百分比(%F),测定血浆TG、TCH、HDL-C、LDL-C含量,用放免法检测血浆Ghrelin水平.实验结果显示:训练16周后,运动组学生的W、BMI、FM、%F与训练前及对照组相比明显下降(P<0.05);血浆TG、TCH和LDL-C的含量与训练前及对照组相比明显降低(P<0.05);HDL-C与训练前及对照组相比略有升高,无统计学意义;血浆Ghrelin水平与训练前及对照组相比明显升高(P<0.05).长期减肥运动处方锻炼对12-15岁肥胖学童的身体成分有很好的改善作用;血浆Ghrelin水平的变化可以作为评价学童减肥效果和运动处方有效性的参考指标.The study was to investigate the effect of 1 6-week aerobic exercise prescription for weight deduction on body compositions and the blood plasma level of Ghrelin in obese school children.23 obese school children whose body mass index beyond 25 kg/m2 were investigated.They exercised for 16 weeks according to exercise prescription for weight deduction.Before and after 1 6-week exercise,all obese were tested of weight（W）,body mass index（BMI）,fat mass（FM）,percent body fat （F%）and the plasma level of Ghrelin.Using automatic biochemical analyzer to test TG,TCH,HDL-C,LDL-C levels in plasma.After 1 6-week aerobic exercise prescription training for weight deduction,the weight,BMI,FM and F% of training group were decreased （P〈0.05）,the plasma level of TG,TCH,LDL-C were decreased obviously （P〈0.05）,and the plasma level of Ghrelin was increased obviously （P〈0.05）.Long-term aerobic exer-cise according to exercise prescription for weight deduction has a positive function to body composition. The level of serum Ghrelin may be a valid index by which the result of weight deduction or reasonableness of exercise prescription are evaluated.
