摘　　要：该文介绍了基于STIL语言的大规模数字集成电路测试软件的设计方法。给出了软件结构框架、功能模块设计要求与设计方法,测试编程向量的数据转换方法,测试接口函数的定义等,采用STIL语言的测试软件已成功应用于某型高速数字芯片测试系统中。This paper introduced the software designing method about Large-scale digital integrated circuit test based on STIL Language.The article introduced the soft framework,designing requests and methods of the function modules,the method of testing program vector,and the definition of testing function etc.Now,the testing software based on STIL Language is applied on the testing system of high-speed digital chips suc- cessfully.
