摘　　要：2011年发生在内蒙古锡林郭勒盟的两起刑事案件,由于舆情变化引发群体性事件。分析事件发生后的网络舆情变化及对事态发展的影响,总结和反思民族地区突发事件网络舆情引导的经验教训,对构建和完善切实可行的突发事件网络舆情引导机制提供借鉴。With the changing of public sentiment, two criminal cases happened in Xilinguole spread to mass in-cident in 2011. Analyzing the changes of network public opinion and its impact, learning from the experience and lessons of the emergency in minority nationality district, we could provide references for the building and perfecting of the network public opinion guidance strategies when the emergencies occur.
