摘　　要：慢性便秘是世界范围内常见的胃肠动力疾病,其影响着人们的生活及其身心健康.随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,因便秘而就诊的患者越来越多,越发引起医务人员及患者的关注.目前文献报道关于成年人慢性便秘的流行病学资料较零散,本文通过复习国内外相关文献,对成年人慢性便秘的流行病学研究现状作一综述.Chronic constipation is a common gastrointestinal motility disorder worldwide, having a significant impact on quality of life and affecting both physical and emotional health. The development of economy and the improvement in living standards have led to an increase in the incidence of constipation, which has aroused the concern of the medical staff and patients. At present, there have been only scattered data about chronic constipation in adults. This review aims to elucidate the epidemiology of chronic constipation in adults.
