摘　　要：克罗恩病(Crohn's disease,CD)是一种病因不明的慢性肉芽肿性炎症,从口腔到肛门各段消化道均可受累,但病变多位于末端回肠及邻近结肠,其他部位较少见,主要表现为腹痛、腹泻,症状一般较典型,但临床上也可见以特殊症状起病的CD,这就要求医生具有开阔的思维,不能仅局限于出现症状的部位,而要想到以特殊症状起病的其他疾病,如以特殊症状起病的CD.Crohn＇s disease is a chronic granulomatous inflammatory disorder of unknown pathogenesis. It can affect the whole digestive tract from the mouth to the anus, but the lesion is mostly located in the terminal ileum and the adjacent colon. Typical symptoms are abdominal pain and diarrhea, but there exist some cases with special symptoms as initial manifestations. Here we report two such cases.
